In cooperation with the Human Light Sky Humanitarian Organization, Al-Karkh University of Sciences organized a workshop on self-confidence, with the participation of faculty members , university staff, and specialists.

The workshop presented by the international trainer Aqeel Al-Athari included the definition of self-confidence and its elements, which include physical,mental, emotional, economic, and social components in addition to the steps to enhance self-confidence.

The workshop aims to train participants in a mechanism to enhance self-confidence, and mechanisms to overcome self-confidence-building problems.

The workshop included practical exercises and dialogues on body language and psychology between the trainer and the participants

In the workshop, the vice-chancellor of the University for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Loay Kazem Abboud, met the lecturer and his accompanying delegation who thanked Al-Karkh University of Science for the hospitality and reception.
